About the Role:

As a Coordinator Employment Services, you will lead the delivery of integrated case management, community project coordination, and site operations across remote Job Pathways locations. You’ll provide hands-on leadership while supporting job seekers into meaningful employment and strengthening relationships with Aboriginal communities, employers, and local stakeholders.

Your work will include:

- Conducting strengths-based, culturally secure assessments.
- Developing personalised Job Plans and supporting job seekers to become job-ready.
- Coordinating community-based projects that support skill development and community priorities.
- Leading remote site operations and supporting culturally diverse teams.
- Building strong relationships with community leaders, employers, and partner organisations.
- Ensuring compliance with contractual, reporting, and safety requirements.

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience in remote or regional communities (preferably Aboriginal communities).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and cultural awareness.
- Case management or project delivery experience (or both).
- Flexibility, resilience, and a genuine commitment to community impact.

Other Requirements:

- Current C Class driver’s licence.
- Ability to travel by road or air and stay in remote communities.
- National Police Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
- WA Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain).

Salary & Benefits

- $110,853.60 per annum + superannuation
