We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Casual Lifeguard to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all patrons using our aquatic facilities. This is a casual position offering flexible hours, making it ideal for those seeking work that fits around other commitments.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor pool and aquatic areas to ensure the safety of all patrons
- Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, including performing first aid and CPR when required
- Enforce facility rules and regulations in a professional and courteous manner
- Conduct regular safety checks of the pool area and surrounding facilities
- Assist with the setup and pack-down of aquatic equipment
- Provide excellent customer service to patrons of all ages and abilities
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and daily pool operations

Requirements





- Current and valid Pool Lifeguard qualification
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Strong swimming ability and physical fitness
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and act decisively under pressure
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
