What you’ll do

As a CTP Claims Advisor, you’ll be the helping hand for customers as they navigate the CTP scheme and recover from their injuries.

You’ll:

- Manage day-to-day activities across a portfolio of claims
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide regular updates throughout their claim
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including medical and allied health professionals
- Gather and review information to make informed decisions around treatment and care
- Support customers through what can be a challenging and vulnerable time
- Maintain accurate records and meet legislative, regulatory and compliance requirements

About you

You’ll bring a customer-first mindset and the resilience to support people through challenging circumstances.

We’re looking for:

- Strong customer service experience and excellent communication skills
- Experience in healthcare, medical reception, allied health, general reception or sales will be highly regarded.
- Previous insurance or claims experience is desirable, but not essential.
- A great phone manner and ability to build rapport with a diverse range of customers
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence using technology and learning new systems
- A proactive, adaptable and collaborative approach
