Business Development Executive | The Star Brisbane

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in growing The Star Brisbane's premium customer base by building relationships, driving visitation, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will proactively engage with existing and prospective guests, promote Star Club membership opportunities, and support targeted marketing and outreach initiatives.

Working closely with operational and marketing teams, you will help maximise guest engagement through events, promotions, and personalised service. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused professional who thrives on building connections and creating memorable experiences.

What We’re Looking For:

- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of Casino market and relevant compliance requirements relating to the Casino Control Act, associated legislation and the System of Accounting and Internal Control
- Experience in customer relationship and corporate account management
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a gaming environment preferred




- Previous local and/or domestic casino marketing experience highly desirable
