THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Membership Consultant, you’ll play a key role in driving membership growth and ensuring our current members continue to feel supported on their fitness journey. Your key responsibilities include:

- Generate leads and convert them into memberships
- Retain current members by promoting our culture and services
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships
- Assist with marketing efforts and local business engagement

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about helping people become the healthiest version of themselves. You’ll ideally have

- Current First Aid & CPR certification
- Working with Children Check
- Proven experience in sales with a solid ability to build rapport and achieve targets




- Genuine people-first approach with excellent relationship-building skills
