Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic, qualified casual teachers and educators to join our dynamic team. This temporary role offers flexible working hours, allowing you to contribute to the development and learning of children by working alongside teaching teams who deliver high-quality early education and care. CKP has sessional kindergartens in the City of Frankston, Mornington Peninsula Shire, City of Kingston and the City of Casey.

Responsibilities:

- Be available for casual shifts, with little or short notice.
- Be able to use technology to accept roles and update availability.
- Support the implementation of the educational program for children, including contributing to data collection.
- Collaborate with other leaders, teachers and educators to create a cohesive learning environment.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive environment.

Qualifications:

- A relevant qualification in education or teaching (e.g. Certificate 3, Diploma, Bachelor of Education).
- Valid Working with Children Card or VIT.
- Current First Aid and CPR.
- Current child safety training certifications.
- Experience working with kindergarten-aged children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and form relationships with children, families and peers.
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
