The Opportunity
Senior or strong intermediate Estimator to join leading commercial fitout and refurbishment business.

Duties

- Manage estimates and tenders from initial review through to submission
- Prepare detailed BOQs, cost plans, scopes and tender documentation
- Review drawings and identify tender risks and opportunities
- Obtain and negotiate subcontractor and supplier pricing
- Develop competitive pricing and value engineering solutions
- Collaborate with pre-construction and delivery teams on major bids





Skills & Experience

- Senior estimating experience with a reputable head contractor
- Fitout, refurbishment and/or commercial construction experience
- Experience estimating complex, large-scale commercial projects
- Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or related qualification
- Proficiency in CostX, Cubit or similar estimating software
