You’ll work across a mix of roles, support end‑to‑end processes, and help create a seamless experience for everyone involved.

What you’ll be doing

- Managing the full recruitment cycle from advertising through to offer stage
- Building solid relationships with hiring managers and guiding them through the process
- Coordinating interviews, screening candidates and keeping pipelines moving
- Supporting onboarding activities and ensuring all documentation is completed accurately
- Keeping recruitment admin tidy — contracts, compliance, reporting and general coordination





What you’ll bring

- Solid experience in recruitment or talent coordination in a blue collar environment
- Confidence managing fast‑moving processes and juggling multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills and a naturally organised way of working
- A friendly, proactive approach that makes people feel supported and informed
