We’re looking for an Assistant Manager to provide day-to-day operational support to our team in Nambour.

Working closely with the Branch Manager and wider team, you’ll play an important role in delivering exceptional service to our customers — the lifeblood of the electrical industry in Australia. A bit about your role

As Assistant Manager, you’ll support the day-to-day operations of the branch while helping to create a positive and high-performing team environment. You’ll:





- Ensure customers receive friendly, efficient and professional service
- Build robust relationships with customers, colleagues, and internal and external stakeholders
- Provide guidance, coaching and support to help foster an inclusive and collaborative team culture
- Support compliance with company procedures and contribute to a strong safety-first culture
- Work closely with the Branch Manager and team to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Contribute to branch performance through a hands-on and team-focused approach
