This role is based within the exclusive Chairman's Lounge, a premium fine dining restaurant and lounge offering an à la carte menu curated by Neil Perry Consulting. The Food & Beverage Attendant delivers a discreet yet attentive service experience, providing warm, professional, and productive food and beverage service that consistently exceeds guest expectations. A strong focus on personalised hospitality, attention to detail, and premium service standards is essential to creating an exceptional experience for our valued passengers.

Key Responsibilities, include but not limited to:

- Deliver exceptional, personalised food and beverage service
- Anticipate guest needs and provide discreet, attentive service to ensure a seamless and memorable experience
- Present and serve à la carte menu offerings,



beverages, and premium products with confidence and attention to detail
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu items, wine selections, beverage offerings, and dietary requirements
- Ensure all food and beverage service areas are presented to the highest standard at all times
- Build positive relationships with guests through warm, professional, and engaging service
- Handle guest enquiries and requests professionally, resolving issues promptly and discreetly
- Contribute to an atmosphere of exclusivity, comfort, and excellence that reflects the prestige of the Chairman's Lounge
