Job Description

- Build and ship high-quality frontend features in our React application that improve the customer journey and increase conversion across the Luxury Escapes platform.
- Work closely with Product Managers and Designers to rapidly iterate on customer-facing features, experiments, and improvements to key parts of the booking experience.
- Design and implement A/B tests and product experiments that help us learn faster and improve how travellers discover and book incredible holidays.
- Use AI-augmented development tools and workflows to accelerate development, improve code quality, and help the team ship high-impact features faster.
- Continuously improve frontend performance, reliability, accessibility, and user experience across our web platform serving millions of sessions each month.
- Collaborate with backend teams to integrate frontend features with our microservice architecture and third-party travel systems.
- Contribute to engineering best practices across the team, including automated testing, code quality, and continuous delivery.
- Support and mentor other engineers through code reviews, pairing, and cooperative problem solving.
