Job Description
Reporting to the Executive Chef, we are currently seeking an experienced Kitchen Steward to join our energetic team. The Kitchen Steward is a key role within our culinary team, working closely together to ensure our kitchens are organised, clean & ready to deliver to our guests.
In this role you will -
- Rinse dirty crockery and cutlery, stack in the dishwasher, unload and put away
- Wash pots by hand
- Ensure that all F&B; outlets are provided with clean and sanitised operating equipment
- Use correct handling techniques to transport and store food items
- Wipe down benches
- Sweep and mop floors
