Job Description

About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations within our Brisbane production team. Reporting to the Production Manager, you'll drive team performance, safety and quality outcomes while building a culture of continuous improvement, engagement and accountability.

This is a great chance for an experienced frontline leader who thrives on developing people, solving problems on the floor, and keeping production running efficiently to meet daily customer demand.

This role works Monday to Thursday, 5:00am - 2:00pm, and Friday, 5:00am - 9:30am.

What You'll Be Doing

- Lead,



coach and develop your team, setting clear goals and leading by example
- Keep daily production on track, meeting quality standards and customer demand
- Champion safety, training, audits and following up incidents and near misses
- Manage performance and support recruitment, onboarding and succession planning
- Drive continuous improvement and partner with Quality on audits and corrective actions

What We're Looking For

- Experience in food manufacturing, particularly with short shelf-life or fast-moving stock, is highly regarded
- Proven experience supervising or leading a team in a production, manufacturing or warehouse environment
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to support inventory, production or logistics processes
- A strong safety mindset and commitment to leading by example
- Confident communicator who can coach, motivate and hold people accountable with fairness
- A continuous improvement mindset with a practical, hands-on approach to problem-solving
- Sound understanding of HR processes including performance management and disciplinary procedures
- Current Forklift and High Reach licence required
