Branch Assistant / Delivery Driver (Ballina)

Tradelink is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Branch Assistant / Delivery Driver to join our Ballina team. This is a varied, hands-on role combining customer service, deliveries, sales support, and warehouse operations. It's an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building customer relationships, working as part of a supportive team, and developing a long-term career with a leading Australian trade business.

As a key member of our branch, you'll play an important role in delivering outstanding customer experiences while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the business.

What You'll Be Doing

- Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with customers

- Processing sales orders and assisting customers with product enquiries

- Delivering products and materials safely, professionally, and on time

- Assisting with warehouse operations, including stock management, receipting, and order picking

- Supporting branch operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction

- Working collaboratively with the wider team to achieve branch goals

What We're Looking For

- A valid LR or MR Driver's Licence, or willingness to obtain one

- Strong customer service and communication skills

- A positive, reliable, and proactive attitude

- Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team environment

- Sound organisational skills and attention to detail

- Experience in customer service, warehousing, delivery driving, trade supplies, plumbing, hardware, or a similar industry will be highly regarded, although full training will be provided to the right candidate





- Forklift Licence highly regarded, but not essential

- Full Australian working rights
