About the OpportunityReporting to the Director People & Culture, you will take a lead role in the design, delivery, coordination and continuous improvement of learning and development initiatives across the organisation.
Working with a high degree of autonomy, you will identify capability needs, provide expert learning and development advice, deliver engaging training programs, and support managers to build high-performing teams.This is a diverse role combining training facilitation, instructional design, workforce capability planning, stakeholder engagement, systems administration and continuous improvement.
To be successful in this role, you will bring:Experience coordinating and delivering workplace training programsSound understanding of adult learning principles and effective facilitation techniquesExperience designing or adapting learning resources and training materialsStrong organisational,



planning and program coordination skillsExperience using HRIS and/or Learning Management SystemsExcellent communication, presentation and stakeholder engagement skillsThe ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and deliver outcomesA commitment to culturally safe, inclusive and trauma-informed practice.
