Position Overview: We are seeking the services of motivated, professionals with industry experience to join our team. The role will suit both those who are looking for a new challenge, progressing into a training environment or experienced trainers looking for a sea change. We are seeking candidates located throughout the Fraser Coast,Wide Bay & Central Queensland Regions, that are willing to provide quality Training.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver engaging training programs aligned with industry standards.

- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.

- Monitor and evaluate student progress, offering support where needed.

- Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.

- Collaborate with other trainers and staff to enhance training programs.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of training and assessment strategies.

Qualifications:

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (Current) – Or must willing to obtain

- Relevant vocational qualifications and industry experience in RURAL/ HIGH RISK/ CIVIL

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and time management abilities





- Previous experience in a training role is preferred but not essential
