As our group continues to grow, we are seeking a talented and motivated Fulltime Marketing Specialist to join our team and help strengthen our brand, expand our digital presence and connect more patients with our specialist services.

Key Responsibilities ? Develop and implement marketing strategies to grow the group's practice locations and increase patient enquiries. ? Manage social media platforms and create engaging, professional content.

? Manage website content and improve online visibility through SEO and digital marketing. ? Plan and manage Google Ads, social media advertising and other digital campaigns. ? Create marketing materials including brochures, newsletters, presentations and online content.

? Coordinate photography, videography and other content creation when required. ? Manage email marketing and patient communication campaigns. ? Support referral and relationship marketing with dentists and other healthcare professionals.





? Monitor online reviews and help maintain a strong reputation for the group's practices. ? Track marketing results, prepare reports and recommend improvements. ? Coordinate external marketing agencies, designers and other suppliers.

? Ensure all marketing activities reflect the group's professional brand and comply with relevant healthcare advertising requirements. ? Work closely with the Prosthodontists and practice teams to promote services, expertise, research and educational activities across all locations. ? Stay up to date with current marketing trends, digital platforms and industry developments.

About You We are seeking a marketing professional who is proactive, organised, commercially aware and passionate about delivering high-quality marketing.

You will ideally have: ? A relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing or a related discipline. ? At least 1year of experience in a marketing role, preferably within healthcare, dental, medical, professional services or another premium service environment.

? Experience with social media, digital marketing, SEO and Google Ads. ? Strong written communication and content creation skills. ? Experience managing websites, email marketing and marketing campaigns.

? Good knowledge of Canva or similar design tools. ? Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. ? Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

? A skilled, positive and proactive approach. ? Strong understanding of branding and digital marketing trends. Pay: AU$75,000.00 – AU$85,000.00 per year
