About the Role

Working closely with the General Sales Manager, you will support the day-to-day operations of the sales department, mentor and coach the sales team, and ensure our customers receive exceptional service throughout their buying journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in leading and motivating the New Vehicle Sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Support the recruitment, training, coaching, and development of sales staff.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Monitor sales performance and assist in implementing strategies to drive results.
- Assist with stock management and vehicle merchandising.
- Support F&I; and aftersales opportunities to maximise dealership performance.
- Ensure compliance with dealership processes and manufacturer standards.




- Act as a role model by demonstrating strong sales and customer service practices.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous automotive sales experience, preferably in a dealership environment.
- Leadership or supervisory experience within automotive sales (desirable).
- A strong track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- A professional, positive, and results-focused attitude.
- A current and valid driver's licence.
