First, let's get the money out of the way. $75,000 - $90,000 plus super, depending on experience, with a clear progression plan. It’s a full-time roll in the office so you build connections with the team and clients.

You will hold a bachelor degree or higher and have at least 2 years in public practice. You have likely started the CA, CPA or IPA Program, and we will mentor you to finish it with study leave.

The essence of the role is straightforward

- You have mastered the basics of compliance. Tax returns, financials and BAS are second nature, Xero is second nature, and you are keen to start working directly with clients.

- You provide bookkeeping and Xero support, quickly building relationships with the clients who need it, including those on a weekly or monthly bookkeeping agreement with us.

- You take care of super fund job prep, preparing and managing the queries that go back and forth with our clients.

- You have the support of your Manager and Partner, and join them in client meetings for your designated clients.

- You will quickly build trust and take the lead as main contact for a group of clients.

- You will support a team and assist preparers, preparing your clients' returns, BAS and other key documents.

- You are a call or email away when clients need help, and quick calls and emails are always free.

- You are comfortable using AI responsibly and adapting to change.

- You get all the technical and soft skills training you need to become one of the most impactful accountants in Australia.
