Job Summary
Are you reliable, organised, hands-on, and someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes?

We’re looking for a Warehouse Assistant to join our growing Duke The Label team. You’ll play an important role in preparing customer orders, maintaining an organised warehouse, managing stock, and supporting the day-to-day operations of our fulfilment team.

Important Availability Requirement:
We are currently looking for someone who is available to work Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays, approximately 5 hours per day. There is also potential for additional hours and responsibilities as the business continues to grow.
Availability on both Mondays and Fridays is a major requirement for this role, so candidates who can reliably commit to these days will be prioritised.

Responsibilities
Warehouse Assistant Duties:

- Pick and Pack Perfection: Carefully pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring every Duke The Label order leaves the warehouse in perfect condition.

- Warehouse Organisation: Help maintain a clean, tidy, and efficient warehouse environment.

- Stock Management: Restock shelves, organise inventory, and assist with stock counts and general inventory management.

- Order Fulfilment: Support the team in processing orders efficiently, particularly during busy periods and product launches.





- General Warehouse Support: Assist with deliveries, unpacking stock, labelling, organising products, and other warehouse duties as required.

Requirements

- Must be available to work Mondays and Fridays for approximately 5 hours per day.

- Reliable and able to consistently commit to the required working days.

- Previous experience in warehouse operations, order fulfilment, pick and pack, or a similar role is preferred.

- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to lift and carry items up to 15kg.

- Comfortable completing hands-on and repetitive warehouse tasks.

- Punctual, dependable, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team.

- Positive attitude and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as the company grows.

- An interest in fashion or activewear is a bonus.
