About The Role

We are looking for experienced anaesthetic nurses to join our dynamic, passionate and friendly perioperative team. If you have recent experience in peri-anesthesia nursing and are looking for casual work, we have employment vacancies right now.

Perioperative Nurses form an integral and invaluable component of the high-quality nursing care and patient management delivered at Calvary John James Hospital. As a Registered Nurse specialising in Anaesthetics, you will be responsible for the provision of comprehensive, safe and holistic care for patients throughout the perioperative period.

Whilst delivering optimal patient centred care, you will demonstrate Calvary’s key values of Hospitality, Healing, Stewardship and Respect in daily practice. Recent experience as a peri anaesthesia nurseAHPRA registrationDesire to be part of a passionate and committed teamDemonstrated ability to be a member of a family-like teamDemonstrated understanding of quality improvement and accreditation standardsHigh level communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain positive and constructive relationshipsProven ability to work autonomously and in a multidisciplinary team with the ability to manage priorities and a busy workloadDemonstrated commitment to professional development and education
