Join an established Southport-based advice firm as an experienced Financial Adviser, working with clients across Superannuation, Investments, Retirement Planning and Insurance.
Our firm is seeking a client-focused and experienced Financial Adviser to join our Southport office and support the continued growth of the business. This role suits an adviser who enjoys building long-term client relationships and delivering high-quality strategic advice within a collaborative team, supported by experienced client service and investment support staff.

About the Role
As a Financial Adviser, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, delivering compliant advice and supporting ongoing financial strategies for clients. You will work closely with internal client services officers (CSO), paraplanners and investment support teams to ensure advice is delivered efficiently and implemented effectively.
This is an opportunity to join a growing advice practice with strong internal support and an expanding client base.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide strategic, compliant financial advice tailored to client goals and circumstances
• Conduct client meetings, reviews and ongoing service engagements
• Prepare and/or assist with advice documentation including SOAs, ROAs and client consents
• Work closely with internal support staff, paraplanners and product providers
• Maintain accurate file notes, client records and compliance documentation
• Support implementation of advice strategies across superannuation, investments and insurance
• Contribute to improving internal processes and client experience as the business grows
About You
We are seeking a professional and Client-Focused adviser who enjoys building trusted relationships and working within a collaborative advice team.
Essential
• Registered on the Financial Advisers Register (FAR) and holding the qualifications required under current ASIC education standards (relevant degree or equivalent, and Qualified Year completed where applicable)
• Experience as a financial adviser within an Australian financial services environment
• Strong knowledge across Investments, Superannuation and Retirement strategies
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• High standards of professionalism and compliance awareness
• Ability to build trusted, long-term client relationships
Highly regarded
• Knowledge of SMSF strategies and Retirement Planning
• Experience with Financial Planning CRM systems such as Xplan, AdviserLogic or similar
• Strong understanding of advice documentation and compliance requirements
