An exciting opportunity has become available for a Community Manager to lead our Thyme Forster community.

This role is ideal for a hospitality/hotel -driven leader who thrives on delivering exceptional service, building strong relationships and creating an environment where residents feel welcomed, supported and proud to call the community home.

As Community Manager, you’ll lead the team with a hospitality-first mindset, bringing a hotel-style, concierge approach to create an exceptional experience for homeowners. You’ll be the face of the community building strong relationships, setting high service standards, and keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly while supporting commercial goals.

We’re looking for someone with a background in hotels or hospitality, ideally in roles that blend front-of-house service, team leadership, and operational excellence.

Community Management and Operations

- Build and maintain positive relationships with homeowners, committees and community groups, with NPS as a key measure of success

- Ensure full compliance with State land lease community legislation, WHS requirements and Serenitas standards

- Oversee contractors,



facilities maintenance and capital replacement projects to keep the community operating at its best

Financial Management and Reporting

- Manage community financial performance against approved budgets, with monthly monitoring of income and expenditure

- Maintain continuity of the rental income stream through fortnightly/monthly billing and collections

- Identify and pursue opportunities to optimise financial performance through recent income streams or cost savings

Developing Communities

- Act as the Community Operations representative in project meetings, advocating for decisions that drive long-term community value

- Lead homeowner settlements, inductions and the establishment of committees and community groups as the community grows

- Keep homeowners informed of development milestones and support sales, promotional and marketing activities

People Management

- Lead, support and develop onsite team members through regular feedback, performance planning and training

- Champion a safe workplace by monitoring WHS conditions, facilitating toolbox talks and ensuring contractor inductions

- Undertake performance development reviews for all direct reports and act on identified capability gaps
