At LH Partners, we are hiring an experienced 180 resourcer to work our Civil desk, the busiest and most established in the business. You will work directly alongside our Director and an experienced 360 consultant on live, exclusive roles from day one.

No BD. No client acquisition targets. Just recruitment done properly.

The Chance

You will step onto our busiest desk with:

- Multiple exclusive clients and a strong pipeline of live roles.
- Direct support from the Director and an experienced 360 consultant.
- No requirement to win new business. Your focus is finding and placing great people.
- If you want it, a genuine pathway to develop into a 360 role over time. If not, that is fine too.

What You Will Be Doing

- Managing the full candidate side of the recruitment process end to end.
- Sourcing, screening, and presenting quality talent against live briefs.




- Partnering closely with candidates throughout their journey.
- Providing clear, honest advice on the market and their options.
- Building and maintaining strong talent networks in Civil.

You will be trusted to recruit properly.

What We Are Looking For

- Proven experience as a 180 or resourcer, ideally in Civil or a related sector.
- A genuine desire to do right by the candidates you work with.
- Someone who takes pride in the quality of their placements, not just the volume.
- Strong communication skills and confidence having honest, direct conversations.
- Full working rights in Australia.
