- Salary range: $94,013 to $103,572 p.a. (AO4)
- 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading

About your opportunity:

The Team Leader – North Queensland Referral Hub (NQRH), Townsville Hospital and Health Service (THHS), provides operational leadership and supervision of the administrative team responsible for the receipt, registration, processing and management of referrals across Townsville, Torres and Cape, and North West Hospital and Health Services. The role supports operational performance and continuous improvement of administrative referral management processes across these service regions.

The position plays a key role in supporting safe, timely and accurate referral management by ensuring administrative workflows are effectively coordinated, staff have the capability and resources required to perform their roles, and referral processes are undertaken in accordance with relevant Queensland Health and NQRH procedures and business rules.

Requirements:

- This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role. Hepatitis A/B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis and Tuberculosis.
- Probation period may apply.
- Pre-employment checks will be conducted.
