Job Description

We are looking for a Talent & Culture Advisor to join our team in Perth. You’ll work closely with the wider HR team to deliver high-quality services across the employee lifecycle and the general business. This is a hands-on, varied role where you’ll facilitate payroll processing, onboarding of employees, HR administration and the continuous improvement of our operations.

Preparing employment contracts, variations,



and related documentationManaging onboarding and offboarding processesCoordinating probation reviews and employment changesMaintaining accurate employee records in the HRISProcessing of fortnightly payroll for Australia & EuropeReviewing payroll reports and data to ensure accuracyEnsuring timely and accurate submission of employee data and employment changesSupporting payroll reconciliations, audits, and compliance with awards, legislation, and internal controlsContributing to process improvements that reduce payroll risk and increase efficiencyEnsuring the accuracy and integrity of employee data in the HRIS and related systemsConducting regular data audits and validation checksGenerating HR reports and metrics to support workforce planning, compliance, and leadership reportingIdentifying trends and insights to inform process and policy improvements

Qualifications

Must have experience in payroll processing, experience using Definitiv or similar systems an advantageHR Generalist experienceStrong organisational skills and attention to detailA proactive, collaborative mindset with a willingness to learnExcellent communication skills and a people-first approach
