This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on people, performance, high standards and creating exceptional experiences.

About the Role

As Club Manager, you’ll be one of the key leaders responsible for bringing the Level Eleven experience to life.

Before launch, you’ll play a critical role in our presale journey, building relationships with prospective members, supporting membership growth and helping create the momentum behind our opening.

Once the doors open, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day performance of the club, leading the team, driving membership growth and retention, maintaining operational excellence and ensuring every member interaction reflects the Level Eleven standard.

You’ll be equally comfortable leading from the front, solving problems, coaching your team, analysing performance and jumping in wherever the club needs you.

Most importantly, you’ll take ownership.

What You’ll Own





- Build, lead and develop a high-performing club team

- Drive member engagement, retention and satisfaction

- Deliver exceptional service and maintain Level Eleven’s premium standards

- Monitor club performance and achieve key targets

- Oversee day-to-day club operations, systems and presentation

- Identify problems, implement solutions and continually improve the club

- Build a strong sense of community and connection among members

- Work closely with leadership to bring the Level Eleven vision to life
