- Maintain a clean, organised and productive work environment,

while identifying and reporting equipment faults and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work collaboratively within a supportive team environment, deliver positive customer outcomes, and uphold NDIS standards, the NDIS Code of Conduct and organisational values.

About You – The Ideal Candidate:

- Reliable, hardworking and safety-focused, with a positive attitude, strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Physically fit and capable of performing repetitive manual tasks, including lifting, sorting, loading and unloading materials.
- Solid attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to accurately sort, track and manage recyclable materials.
- Confident using hand and power tools, with a practical mindset and commitment to following workplace safety procedures.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).

Why you’ll love working with us:

- Generous salary packaging (up to $15,900 + $2,650 meals & entertainment) to boost your take-home pay
