We're looking for a customer-focused Showroom Consultant to join our brand-new, state-of-the-art Pooraka showroom and trade centre.

About The Role

As the face of Stegbar, you'll help customers bring their building and renovation projects to life. You'll provide product advice, prepare quotations, manage enquiries and deliver an outstanding experience from first contact through to sale.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers and assist with product selection and quotationsRespond to showroom, phone, email and website enquiriesFollow up leads and convert opportunities into salesSupport the Sales Representatives with quotes and administrationProcess customer payments and sales transactionsMaintain a professional and inviting showroom environment

About You





You're passionate about customer service and enjoy helping people find the right solution.

You'll Bring

Experience in a customer-facing sales or customer service roleStrong communication and relationship-building skillsExcellent organisation and attention to detailConfidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systemsA positive, proactive and customer-focused approachExperience in retail, showroom sales, home improvement or building products is advantageous but not essential.
