Due to strong growth in our business, we are currently looking for a Warehouse Officer to join our team. Reporting to the Inventory Controller & Supply Officer, this permanent full-time position is based in Osborne Park. This position is working within a small warehouse team and is responsible for maintaining the warehouse, stock, materials, parts and consumables.

About the Role:

- Maintaining the warehouse and stock of products in the warehouse, storage locations and sites.

- Receipting and dispatch of parts and products.

- Picking & packing orders, kits and consumables.

- Recording transactions, freight, stock movements, and bin locations.

- Loading serial numbers, codes and data into ERP system, client portals and systems.





- Participate in rolling cycle/stock counts, stocktakes and/or investigations for discrepancies.

- Processing orders for spare parts, dispatching orders and processing invoices.

- Liaison with suppliers, customers, internal sales, and service departments etc.

- Safe operation of forklift in warehouse & dispatch/receivals area.

- Full time, permanent (40 hours/week), Monday - Friday, annual bonuses and incentives.

Requirements:

- 1+ years’ experience in a similar role in a warehouse, transport & logistics, construction or mining sector.

- Exposure to a fast-paced high-volume warehouse/distribution environment.

- A high-level of attention to detail and accuracy.

- Computer literacy and proficiency in using Inventory Management software and MS Office.

- Effective time management, prioritisation, and planning skills.

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships.

- A team player with excellent communication skills to engage with people at all levels.

- Ability and willingness to comply with workplace health & safety requirements.

- Current C Class manual driver’s license

- Valid high risk forklift licence.

- Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical and provide a police clearance.
