We’re on the lookout for a Manager to manage our charming 95-room 3 star Hotel located in Cairns City NSW!

Key Responsibilities:

- Office Management with a warm and a welcoming attitude

- Overseeing housekeeping schedules, room checks

- Handle on-call duties outside of regular business hours.

- Assist and supervise housekeeping staff

- Manage property maintenance as they arise

- Ensure safety compliance

- Provide excellent customer service, ensure guest satisfaction,



and maintain positive relationships with guests, staff, suppliers, and Management.

- Ability to follow company procedures.

- Utilize computer and MS Office skills

- Staying motivated to exceed sales targets and work within the budget.

- Prior motel or business management experience required

- Strong leadership and attention to detail

- Ability to address maintenance issues, staffing shortages, and renovations as they arise.

- Current police check needed

- Must relocate to Cairns, NSW

- Must have work authorization in Australia.
