Your Opportunity:
Working closely with an Account Manager, the successful candidate will assist with the day to day management of a well-established and growing financial lines binder portfolio. There’s real work to be done in:
- Providing general administrative and broking support.
- Ensuring enquiries, quotations, renewals and policy administration is handled efficiently and accurately.
- Reviewing, processing and recording of claims.
- Making sure all documentation and processes comply with internal procedures, regulatory requirements and binder authorities.
About You:
You'll be looking for a unique opportunity in a people focused company. As an enthusiastic team player who understands the power of exceptional client service, you’ll:
- Possess experience in either insurance broking or claims and be looking for a step up.
- Ideally have some knowledge of financial lines or professional indemnity but this is not essential.
- Demonstrate the ability to learn quickly, ask questions and see the bigger picture.
- Be a team player and motivated to contribute directly to the achievement of KPIs impacting client service commitments,
revenue and client satisfaction.
- Possess well developed problem-solving abilities and be eager to use your initiative to ensure the effective running and growth of the portfolio.
- Offer great organisational skills so you can juggle multiple priorities.
- Display excellent communication skills allowing effective engagement with different stakeholders.
- Possibly be Tier 1/2 qualified.
