- Performance & Compliance: Uphold established KPIs, performance metrics, and safety regulations, demonstrating a consistent commitment to quality, safety, and pride in workmanship.
Who are they looking for?
- Technical Qualifications: A tertiary qualification or equivalent practical experience in information technology — such as network support, systems administration, CCTV security, or MATV — provides the foundation needed to thrive in this role.
- Team & Project Experience: Demonstrated experience contributing to both maintenance and project work within a collaborative team environment is important for success in this position.
- Remote Site Experience: Proven experience working in remote or FIFO environments is essential, as this role involves on-site support at mining and remote locations.
- IP Networking Knowledge: A solid understanding of routers, switches, networks, and IP protocol concepts and components will be put to positive use across a range of technical challenges.
- Security & Access Control Experience: Familiarity with the security and access control industry, including a good working knowledge of Gallagher products, is highly regarded.
- Safety Awareness: A solid understanding of safety regulations and compliance requirements is critical, particularly when working in remote and mining-site environments.
