We’re passionate about local produce, quality beer, and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

The Role

We’re looking for Chefs to join our kitchen team on a casual basis. You’ll work alongside experienced chefs to deliver high-quality dishes, support busy service periods, and contribute to a positive team culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and plate dishes with consistency and attention to detail

- Work with seasonal ingredients and local suppliers

- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene

- Support the team during peak service times





- Contribute ideas and energy to a collaborative kitchen environment

What We’re Looking For

- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)

- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role

- Solid prep, cooking, and plating skills

- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities

- Positive attitude and team spirit

- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings
