Chef de Partie

Lalou Bistrot à Vin is a new venue from the team behind Geelong Cellar Door — a modern homage to the Parisian bistro, drawing on the food and wine traditions of every region of France. We're looking for a Chef de Partie to help us open the doors and build something special from day one.

The Role

Working closely with our Head Chef and kitchen team, you'll run your section with pace, precision and pride, helping deliver a consistently excellent menu for a busy Geelong dining room. You'll be cooking in a brand new, modern kitchen fitted out for a serious à la carte service. This is a genuine chance to grow with a new, ambitious venue and take real steps toward a sous chef role.

What You'll Bring

• A solid grounding in modern cooking techniques

• Experience running a section confidently during service

• A genuine desire to develop into a leadership role

• A proven track record of consistent quality at volume





• Strong knife skills and a sharp eye for detail and presentation

• Excellent grooming, organisation and communication

• A solid understanding of OH&S; and a willingness to help train others

• Full working rights in Australia
