The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Foreman to join our high-performing team delivering civil infrastructure projects across North Queensland.

Working closely with the Project Manager, you will lead site operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. You'll build strong relationships with crews, subcontractors and project stakeholders while fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability and continuous improvement.

About You

You'll bring:

Certificate III in Civil ConstructionExtensive civil construction experienceProven experience leading site teams in a supervisory roleStrong leadership and communication skillsA commitment to safety, quality and environmental excellenceThe ability to deliver value-for-money outcomes and meet project programmes

Desirable

Certificate IV in Civil Construction Supervision
