About the role

The Bidet Shop is seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team in Bundall, Queensland. This is a full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales in the thriving retail sector. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing expert product knowledge and guidance to customers seeking innovative bathroom solutions. Key responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assess their needs to provide personalised product recommendations

- Demonstrate product features and benefits with confidence and expertise

- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately using point-of-sale systems

- Maintain a well-organised, clean and inviting retail environment

- Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals

- Answer customer enquiries and resolve any concerns professionally and courteously

- Stock shelves and manage inventory levels in collaboration with the team

- Stay informed about product updates, promotions and industry trends

- Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently

- Support the team during peak trading periods to ensure optimal customer service

What we're looking for

- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in a customer-facing environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse customers

- Strong sales ability with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Product knowledge and genuine interest in electronic bidets and smart toilets

- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a retail team





- Flexibility to work various shifts, including Saturday and public holidays as required

- Attention to detail and organisational skills to manage stock and store presentation

- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to handle customer concerns with professionalism

- Desirable: Experience with bidet products, premium home goods, or specialist retail environments
