We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Mobilisation Administrator to join our team in Perth Airport. Supporting our Mobilisation Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring consultants are compliant, prepared, and ready for site mobilisation.
You'll bring previous administration or coordination experience, solid organisational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and confidence working across Microsoft Office. Experience with mobilisation, workforce coordination, mining, INX, compliance management, travel coordination, onboarding, or mine site requirements (including medicals, inductions and site access) will be highly regarded.

What You'll Bring:
- Previous experience in an administration, coordination or support role
- Unrestricted Australian working rights
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Excel, Word and Teams
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy when handling documentation and records
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional approach to handling confidential and sensitive information
