Job Responsibilities

- Develop & maintain local EPC, solar distributor, construction, and energy investment clients; focus on solar mounting system, PV module, inverter, and energy storage products.
- Leverage existing local industry resources to develop current MW-level solar projects; manage the full sales cycle including client communication, quotation, technical solution matching, negotiation, and order closing.
- Track project progress; coordinate with China HQ on technical drawings, material supply, cross-border logistics, and customs/tariff solutions to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Collect local solar market policy (e.g., state-level rebate schemes), competitor pricing, and tender information; submit regular market & sales reports to the China team.
- Attend local solar exhibitions (e.g., All-Energy Australia, Solar Storage Live) and industry seminars to expand the client network.
- Hold a fixed weekly online sync meeting with China HQ to update sales pipeline, project issues, and monthly sales target completion.





Job Requirements

- Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident; fluent in English. Mandarin proficiency is highly preferred for HQ communication.
- Minimum 2 years sales experience in the solar / renewable energy industry; candidates with PV mounting, module, inverter, or energy storage sales background are prioritized.
- Must own stable local solar EPC / developer customer resources; track record of completed solar projects ≥ 50MW is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with Clean Energy Council (CEC) accreditation, AS/NZS 5033 standards, and state solar rebate schemes (e.g., Victorian Solar Homes, NSW Empowering Homes) is an advantage.
- Self-driven, strong independent work and time management skills, able to coordinate cross-border communication with the China team reliably.

Pay: $7,000.00 – $10,000.00 per month
