Senior Boilermaker/ Leading Hand – Goulburn NSW

Rate: $40-$50/hr + super + overtime.

Permanent Position.

38 hour week 7-4pm Monday – Thursday 7-12:15 pm Friday

We are looking for an experienced Senior Boilermaker to join our Goulburn based team.

This is a diverse, hands-on role combining heavy fabrication, welding, site installation and maintenance.

You will be involved in:

- Heavy and structural steel fabrication
- Civil and mining related fabrication
- Site installation and structural steel erection
- Quarry and fixed plant maintenance and repairs
- Leading a small team
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Weld inspection and quality control
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and site safety

What We're Looking For

You will be a trade qualified Boilermaker/Fabricator with strong heavy fabrication experience and the ability to work independently and take ownership of a job.

Ideally, you'll bring experience in:

- Structural steel, civil, mining or other heavy fabrication
- Site installation and erection
- Leading tradespeople and apprentices




- Quarry or fixed plant maintenance
- Weld inspection and quality control
- Confined space, working safely at heights and EWP permit
- Right to work in Australia

A basic weld inspection qualification, along with experience in magnetic particle (MPI) and dye penetrant testing, would be highly regarded. We are willing to help the right candidate achieve these qualifications.
