About the Role
As Room Leader, you will play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children.
You will:

- Lead the daily operation of your room
- Inspire and mentor educators within your team
- Design and implement meaningful learning experiences
- Build strong partnerships with families and community members
- Support children's learning, development and wellbeing
- Foster an inclusive and culturally responsive environment




- Contribute to continuous improvement and quality outcomes

- Holds an ACECQA-approved Early Childhood qualification
- Has experience leading a team or is ready to step into leadership
