Introduction:
We are seeking to recruit highly motivated Registered Nurses with extensive experience in Surgical and General Nursing. 4 South is a fast paced, high turnover ward encompassing 32-beds, specialising in Gynaecology, ENT, plastics and Orthopaedic trauma.

- Current South Australian DHS Working with Children Clearance
- Current AHPRA Registration
- Ability to lead by example, demonstrating the professionalism and culture of Flinders Private Hospital
- Committed to continuous quality improvement
- Committed to provision of quality Nursing care, Education and customer service
- Proven communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated understanding of National Safety and Quality Service Standards, ACHA policies and procedures
- Proven ability to effectively manage under pressure with competing demands
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Positive attitude towards leadership, and potential management skills
- Salary range $40.14 - 54.89 based on ACHA - Nurses and Midwives - Enterprise Agreement - 2024
