We’re looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and highly organised Wedding Coordinator to join our team.

This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who genuinely loves weddings, enjoys connecting with people and takes pride in creating memorable experiences for couples and their guests.

About the role

You’ll be involved in helping couples plan and coordinate their special day, providing friendly and professional guidance throughout the process. You’ll need to be confident speaking with brides, grooms and a wide range of clients, while also being an attentive listener who understands the importance of each couple’s individual vision.

While this role is centred around creating exceptional experiences for couples, it also requires a strong sales focus. The successful candidate will be motivated by working towards goals, following up on enquiries and helping couples confidently choose the perfect wedding venue for their special day.

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has a bubbly, positive, and approachable personality.

- Is passionate about weddings, events and delivering exceptional customer service.

- Is highly organised and enjoys working with checklists, schedules,



and detailed processes.

- Ideally has experience in hospitality, an event venue, winery or a similar wedding or event coordination role.

- Is hardworking, reliable, and willing to go the extra mile for clients and the team.

- Has a professional edge and takes pride in their presentation and communication.

- Is comfortable taking direction and is eager to learn.

- Is a fast learner who can confidently manage changing priorities.

- Can speak comfortably with all types of people while taking the time to listen and understand their needs.

- Works well in a busy, hands-on environment and is committed to achieving excellent results.

The successful candidate will be someone who brings energy, care, and enthusiasm to every interaction, while remaining organised, calm and skilled behind the scenes.

The role is will require weekend work.
