Wangara MG is part of Regent Motors Group, a growing automotive company with dealerships across Western Australia and the Northern Territory.

An exciting prospect is available for an experienced Service Advisor to join our growing team. Acting as the primary contact between our customers and the Service Department, you will help ensure every customer receives a professional, efficient and positive service experience.

This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who is highly organized, customer-focused and confident managing multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and discuss their vehicle servicing and repair requirements

- Manage service enquiries, bookings and repair orders

- Provide customers with accurate estimates of costs and completion times

- Keep customers informed throughout the servicing and repair process

- Organize courtesy vehicles when required

- Liaise with the Service Manager, Workshop Controller and technicians to coordinate workflow

- Obtain customer authorization for additional repairs

- Ensure work is completed within the allocated timeframe

- Respond to customer enquiries, concerns and complaints professionally

- Maintain accurate customer and vehicle information

- Promote dealership services and help generate new business

- Support the Service Manager with departmental requirements

- Help ensure the smooth operation of the department in the Service Manager’s absence





- Work towards individual and departmental sales targets and KPIs

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar Service Advisor role

- Strong knowledge of the automotive industry

- A sound understanding of vehicle mechanics and operation

- A proven record of achieving sales targets and KPIs

- Exceptional customer service skills

- Strong organizational and time management abilities

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- The ability to communicate professionally with customers and workshop technicians

- Effective leadership skills

- The ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Confidence working in a busy, fast-paced environment

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dealership computer systems

- A current and valid WA driver’s license
