EQC Institute is growing, and we're looking for an Operational Administration Officer to help lead the team through the next stage.

The role combines operational administration with people leadership. You will keep processes running smoothly, support staff to achieve their KPIs, and report to management on team performance. It suits someone who is highly organised, plans ahead, and is comfortable both recognising robust work and addressing performance when it needs to lift.
