About the Roles

Lead Educators

As a Lead Educator, you will:

- Lead your learning workplace with confidence and professionalism.

- Mentor and support educators within your room.





- Develop and implement engaging educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework.

- Build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues.

- Work collaboratively with the leadership team to continually improve practice and outcomes.

Educators

As an Educator, you will:

- Create warm, welcoming and engaging learning environments.

- Build positive and respectful relationships with children and families.

- Contribute to educational programs, documentation and daily practice.

- Work collaboratively within a supportive team.

- Support children's learning, wellbeing and development through meaningful interactions.

About You

We are looking for educators who are passionate about making a difference.

You will have:

- A Certificate III, Diploma or ACECQA-approved Early Childhood qualification (or be actively studying).

- A current Queensland Blue Card (or the ability to obtain one).

- A genuine passion for early childhood education and care.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- A commitment to providing high-quality education and care.

- A willingness to continually learn and grow professionally.
