About the Role

Pro Health Care is a growing healthcare network supporting multiple multi-disciplinary medical practices across Adelaide. We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join our support services team.

The role is offered as part-time, with preferred working days and hours of Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 9:00am - 3:00pm. We're flexible with this so please reach out if these days and hours do not suit your circumstances.

Reporting to the Managing Director, this is a varied and hands-on role that will see you assist with the coordination of marketing activity across Pro Health Care, including content creation, campaign coordination, online reputation management, email and SMS marketing, event support and marketing reporting.

The role supports marketing activity across Pro Health Care’s practices, services, practitioners and broader community presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Researching and creating relevant healthcare, community, practitioner and service-based content.

- Assisting with creating, editing and scheduling content for social media, websites, newsletters, email campaigns, SMS campaigns and other marketing channels.

- Maintaining a structured marketing calendar across social media, email, SMS, events, campaigns and key dates.

- Monitoring Google reviews and relevant online feedback platforms, drafting appropriate responses and escalating sensitive or complaint-based matters where required.

- Coordinating email and SMS marketing campaigns, including drafting, formatting, testing, scheduling and reviewing campaign performance.

- Supporting internal events, professional development days, community events, sponsorship activities and other functions.

- Tracking marketing activity and preparing reports that identify performance outcomes,



trends and practical opportunities for improvement.

- Liaising with internal stakeholders to source content, coordinate activity and follow up on marketing tasks.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring:

- Previous experience in marketing, communications, content creation, administration or a related role.

- Strong written communication skills, including the ability to write clearly and professionally.

- Experience creating content for social media, email, SMS, websites or similar channels.

- Strong attention to detail, particularly with spelling, grammar, formatting and accuracy.

- Confidence using digital platforms, social media tools, email marketing systems (we use Brevo) and basic reporting tools.

- Positive organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

- Creativity, initiative and a willingness to suggest improvements.

- Professional judgement when handling patient-facing content, online reviews and sensitive information.

- A practical understanding of privacy and confidentiality in a healthcare environment.

Qualifications in marketing, communications, business, digital media or a related discipline are desirable but not essential. Training or experience in social media, digital marketing, email marketing or content creation would also be highly regarded.
