About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive new business growth, manage key client relationships and lead our sales strategy across the Gold Coast, Brisbane, and QLD regions. This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-oriented sales professional to take ownership of a territory with strong growth potential and make the role their own.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, tendering, and direct client engagement

- Build and maintain strong relationships with facility managers, building managers, body corporates, and customers

- Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and tenders in line with client requirements

- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to contract close

- Collaborate with the technical teams to ensure smooth handover of won work

- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments on the Gold Coast, Brisbane and QLD regions

- Report on sales performance,



pipeline, and forecasts to senior management

- Represent Air Control Australia professionally at industry events and client meetings

What We're Looking For

- Proven sales management experience, trade/construction industry experience desirable but not essential

- A genuine willingness to learn is a must - full training and support provided for the right candidate

- Strong understanding of sales cycles, including quoting and tendering processes

- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills

- A self-motivated, target-driven approach with a track record of achieving sales growth

- Openness to developing technical knowledge of HVAC systems

- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel across the Gold Coast, Brisbane and QLD regions

- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
