We're an established commercial real estate business looking for an experienced Sales & Leasing Administrator to join our friendly, down-to-earth team.

This is a hands-on role for someone who knows real estate administration, has exceptional attention to detail and takes ownership of getting things done correctly.

The role

You'll support our Sales & Leasing team across:

- Preparing leases and sales/leasing authorities

- Reviewing documentation and ensuring details are accurate

- Invoicing and transaction administration

- Preparing high-level property documents

- Liaising with solicitors, conveyancers, clients and other stakeholders

- Maintaining accurate records and documentation

- Supporting the team across day-to-day sales and leasing requirements

About you

Previous real estate experience is essential.

We're looking for someone who has worked within this space before and understands the documentation and processes involved in property transactions.





You'll be someone who:

- Has exceptional attention to detail

- Exceptional communication and written skills

- Is confident preparing and checking leases and authorities

- Has a structured and methodical approach to documentation

Experience within a law firm, conveyancing or property environment will also be highly regarded.

- $80,000 – $90,000 + super, based on experience
