The Role
We are currently seeking Specialised Precision Fitters to join our team to assist and undertake planned shutdown, maintenance and project works.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with key stakeholders to address issues, set priorities, and action items
- Interpret detailed drawings and understand and follow engineering blueprints
- Work collaboratively within a large team to meet safety and production targets
- Experience with rotating equipment maintenance, including fluid energetic, static balancing, vibration and root cause analysis
- Carry out laser coupling alignments, pulley change-outs, gearbox, drive motor replacements, bearing fitment, and flange management
- Diagnose and respond to breakdowns, conduct preventative maintenance and tasks on equipment
- Mechanical equipment and major asset inspection and reporting
- Understand Warman pump refurbishments and Geho pump rebuilds




- Undertake hydraulic fluid system maintenance and troubleshooting

- Full Australian Working Rights
- Construction White Card
- Relevant Australian recognised trade qualification
- Working at Heights Certificate
- Enter and Work in Confined Space Certificate
- High Risk Work Licence (HRWL) is advantageous
- Experience in laser alignment and rotating equipment - ROTALIGN Touch advantageous
